Who we are

Tiffin Setu ("we", "us", "our") is building an operations platform for tiffin and subscription meal center owners in India. This policy explains what information we collect when you sign up for early access at tiffinsetu.com, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the "Get Early Access" form or the pop-up sign-up form, we collect:

• Your name
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Tiffin center name and city (main form only)
• Approximate number of customers you serve (main form only)
• Preferred call time, if provided

We also store a single flag in your browser's local storage to remember that you've already seen or dismissed the early-access pop-up, so we don't show it again. We don't currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to contact you about onboarding onto Tiffin Setu's early access program — typically a call within 24 hours of sign-up — and to understand your kitchen's setup so we can tailor onboarding to your scale.

How we share it

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting or communication tools), strictly to deliver the early-access program to you, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We retain your details for as long as needed to run the early-access program and follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@tiffinsetu.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can.

Changes to this policy

As Tiffin Setu moves from early access to general availability, this policy will be updated to reflect the full product. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make changes.
